Now Hiring: Executive Director

Heart of Clay is seeking a faith-driven Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing ministry in Clay County, Minnesota.

Founded in 2017, Heart of Clay exists to break the cycle of incarceration and addiction through Christ-centered programming in the Clay County Correctional Facility and Christian accountability transitional homes for men and women reentering society. Guided by Matthew 25:36 and 25:40, our mission is rooted in sharing the love of Christ with the incarcerated, their families, those recently released, and those serving in law enforcement.

The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors to advance the mission, strengthen fundraising efforts, expand community partnerships, and ensure organizational sustainability. This role requires a leader with a strong Christian faith, proven fundraising experience, and a heart for serving vulnerable populations.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience, with some evening and weekend flexibility required.
