First and foremost, PRAY. Then, pray some more. Seriously, whether you are a survivor, are in the midst of "surviving" (or know of someone who is), you know how important the power of prayer is. God alone can heal and repair broken hearts and lives. We covet your prayers--daily!
Volunteer Opportunities:
We would love to reach as many women as humanly (and divinely) possible. With that goal in mind, here is where my vision is headed. CAUTION: I think BIG!
A House. (Yep, you read that right! A house). Whether it becomes a temporary shelter, a weekend safe-haven or a home for boarders, pray that God will direct our steps in this matter--preferably in the Northeast part of Saginaw (Carrollton, Zilwaukee, Kochville or University Center areas). We will include a home-based office in the floor plan! UPDATE! We have a small home in Carrollton, Praise God!
Small Office Equipment. Computers, printers, phones, copier, fax, desks,chairs, etc.
Full Time Staffing. As our website grows, we are in need of additional volunteers both administrative and clerical. Prayer partners are needed to commit faithfully to holding up the names and needs of the women that visit our website, and who write or call in.
Advisors. We need professional tax and legal consultants to volunteer time to assist in
